Fountainhead was founded by Monika Wingate in January 2008 with a mission of providing clients unique insights that drive brand strategy. Our senior level consultants have advanced degrees, years of branding and client side experience, and up-to-date training on the latest market intelligence tools.
Monika Wingate started her career in consumer insights and new product development at General Mills and Pillsbury. She has held a number of corporate, agency and academic positions, and most recently was the Director of the A.C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Karla Baranski joined Fountainhead in 2010 with extensive client side, branding, communication, web and new product experience. Her brand experience includes companies such as ACDelco, Delta Faucet and Oracle. Karla also holds an MBA from California State University.
Fountainhead also has a variety of specialized experts on-hand for your unique needs including a moderator, cultural anthropologist, ideation facilitator, research analyst, concept illustrator and statistician.
